About Adam

The making of an asshole

I grew up in a small farm town in eastern Connecticut (though you wouldn't see that now if you went to visit), where there was literally nothing to do, even still today. The most excitement that happens is at a Dunkin' Donuts, but that's just where the degenerate people in the area hang out. Growing up, most of my friends lived across town, and with a single mother raising two kids, and working 2nd shift (at times 3rd shift), getting over to your friends houses became a rare event. Most of the time I spent growing up was in front of video games, eating junk food, and becoming fat. This wasn't good, especially since my social skills sucked. High School is when things changed.

In high school, I kept mainly to myself, with the exception of a few people there. Around the age of 15, I had lost a lot of weight, and kept it off until after I had graduated. After I graduated, however, life started getting crazy. After I turned 21, I moved to Virginia, lost weight again, and eventually ran into more crazy events. After nearly 2 years, I returned to my home state to really straighten my life out.

Most people will agree that I'm an asshole; some will say it's a bad thing, others think it's a great thing. I don't hold back from what I'm going to say, nor do I care if I hurt your feelings in the process of telling you the truth. I've learned that the nicer I am to people, the more I get walked over and treated like shit. This doesn't mean that I'm a raging prick to everyone, or for no reason at all, because I am a pretty nice guy after all. It simply means don't piss me off.

So far I've been threatened with law suits on two occassions, but as you can see, the site is still here; stories still up and new ones coming. I was told that I was going to get hit with "defamation of character", but since no names or revealing information was ever released, there couldn't be any legal action taken. That's the price you pay for dealing with very dumb people.

So the last "About Me" section on the old site layout had a "Things you should know" about me, and here it is:

  • Name: Adam
  • Sign: Virgo
  • Marital Status: Single
  • Fav. Drink: Vodka + Diet Coke, Vodka + Vitamin Water
I'm sure there's more that I had up there at one point, but I don't feel like looking at it/for it to toss in here. If there's anything else you want to know, just hit up the contact form.
